The Community Cares web site is produced by iSTEAMKC. iSTEAMKC was founded by Pat Jordan, a civic and community leader based in Kansas City, MO. iSTEAM is a workforce development program offering real world learning for late stage high school and college-aged students in media technology. Its headquarters is located in the Vine Street Studio at 2033 Vine Street and is a part of the 18th & Vine Historic Jazz District.
